Dima Mousa

Dima Mousa has extensive experience in telecommunications and business development, currently serving as the Director of Product Management, Planning & Capacity at du since November 2007, following various managerial roles in marketing and business architecture. Key accomplishments include leading the IT readiness and rollout of 5G SA in the UAE, introducing innovative portfolios for enterprise customers, and spearheading the nationwide VAT rollout. Dima also has a proven track record in designing retention frameworks and managing product launches, along with prior experience at Oracle as a Business Development Representative. Dima holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the American University of Sharjah and a Master's degree in International Business from the University of Wollongong, complemented by further education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2023.
