Fahad Malik has been with du since October 2010, currently serving as the Manager of IT Solution Delivery. In this role, Fahad is responsible for implementing Agile methodologies in the Commercial domain as a Scrum Master, overseeing end-to-end delivery of change requests and projects, and managing compliance programs. Prior to this position, Fahad held various analytic roles focused on operations support and consumer service product launches, where responsibilities included managing IT solution deliveries and enhancing service quality. Fahad began the professional journey as a Customer Care Representative at Emirates Bank, emphasizing customer service excellence and adherence to service level agreements. Fahad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Mumbai University, obtained in 2004.
