Jamal Najem has a diverse work experience in various roles related to digital transformation and program management. Starting as the Director of Delivery and Operations at Amdocs/Certen in 2000, they later served as the Senior Manager of Billing and Collections at Accenture. JAMAL then joined TELUS, where they held multiple positions, including Director of Development and Support and Senior Director Health Business Consulting. After that, they became the Regional Vice President North America at Amdocs and later worked at Ericsson as a Management Consultant. Jamal then took on the role of a Digital Transformation Consultant and Senior Program Director at Altice USA. Following Altice, they joined Cogeco Connexion as a Management Consultant and Program Director, overseeing a major Order to Cash BSS Transformation program. JAMAL then moved to Telesat as the Director of LEO System Operations and Business Support Systems. Most recently, Jamal served as the Senior Vice President of Global Customer Experience and Digital Transformation at Zafin. Currently, they are working as the Chief Transformation Officer-Ignite at du, where they are leading the Ignite Digital Transformation Program.
Jamal Najem has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Ottawa. JAMAL also has a Masters in Project Management from The George Washington University. Additionally, they hold a Certificate in Business Analysis with a specialization in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design from CDI College. JAMAL obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in November 2019.
