Ruba Hasan

Ruba Hasan is an experienced Training Operations Manager at du since August 2014, with a strong background in training and consultancy roles. Prior to du, Ruba served as a Training Consultant and Assessor for CORTRA Training and Consultancy FZ-LLC, supporting the Dubai Police's training initiatives. Additionally, Ruba held the position of Training Consultant and Project Manager at Spiders International Training, focusing on establishing training departments and developing programs. Ruba has also worked as a Training Manager at Popular Credit Bank, overseeing training needs assessments and performance solutions. Ruba's early career included roles as a part-time journalist for Tishreen Newspaper and Al Iqtissadiya, complemented by dual Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Political Science from Damascus University.
