Shaji Uddin

Shaji Uddin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital operations and system support within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Manager of Channels System Stability & UAT at du since May 2019, Shaji oversees customer channels systems, stability, payments, and UAT operations, while previously holding the role of Digital Operations Manager at the same company. Prior to this, Shaji held leadership positions at Ericsson and Tata Consultancy Services, managing digital and eBusiness support teams and ensuring service delivery and system performance. Shaji began a career as a Digital Systems Analyst and Web Applications Administrator, providing 24/7 operations support for various projects. Shaji holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Osmania University and an MBA in Operations Management and Supervision from Sikkim Manipal University.
