Shakeel Shahid

Shakeel Shahid is a results-driven Senior Systems Engineer and Lead with over 14 years of experience in network management and systems engineering. Currently, Shakeel manages and leads a Microsoft Application Support Team at du, focusing on troubleshooting and providing customer support as per service level agreements. Previously, Shakeel held senior engineering roles at Cisco and TPS Worldwide, where responsibilities included project implementation and management in complex cloud environments. Shakeel is pursuing an MSc in Cyber Security at the University of Gloucestershire, having earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Karachi.
