Victor Barsoum

Victor Barsoum is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry with extensive experience in project management and rollout operations. Currently serving as Rollout Manager at du since September 2019, Victor specializes in planning for OSP and ISP fixed network technology. Previously, from August 2012 to July 2019, Victor held the position of GPON Project Manager at Huawei, overseeing a cutting-edge fiber optical upgrade project utilized in the UAE and Qatar. Additionally, as IBS Project Manager at Huawei, Victor managed three departments—SAQ, DAS, and TI—to achieve project targets. Earlier roles include SAQ Project Manager at Mobiserve UAE and Orascom Telecom. Victor's foundational education was completed at Saint Paul School from 1976 to 1985.
