Vikash Tripathi

Vikash Tripathi has a wealth of work experience, primarily in the field of digital transformation. Vikash is currently working as a Digital Transformation Delivery Principal at du, starting in November 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at Tech Mahindra (formerly Mahindra Satyam). From 2018 to 2021, they were a Digital Transformation Lead, responsible for the successful implementation of Salesforce-based CRM systems and the introduction of digital platform enablers at Orange Belgium. Vikash also served as a Transformation Delivery Lead, overseeing the development and implementation of an Enterprise Product Catalogue and a new Order Management system. Additionally, they were a DWH & Big Data Delivery Lead, managing the migration of data to a Hadoop platform at Orange Belgium. Before that, Vikash worked on migration and solution design projects for Vodafone Qatar, focusing on data migration and improving customer experience. Vikash also served as a Data Warehouse Consultant, Functional Analyst and Designer, System Rationalization Analyst & Designer, Senior Developer, and Java Developer, gaining extensive experience in data analysis, system rationalization, and software development.

Vikash Tripathi earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Prodoyogiki Vishwavidyalaya in Bhopal. Vikash also holds additional certifications such as "Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist," "Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner," and plans to complete the "EITC - Harvard Leadership Accelerators Program" and the "Harvard Leadership Accelerators Program" in 2023.
