At face value, Duality is a pole, floorwork and chair dance studio, but at its core, it reveals so much more. We believe there is a power in awakening your ‘Duality’, your second side as such, because all good relationships (especially the one with yourself) need the yin and the yang. What does all of this mean? Hidden away in the depths, we have our sensual self… our shadow side. Duality gives you the safe space to explore this part of yourself in your own time. This shadow side starts to influence your ‘normal’ self, revealing your truest self - confident in who you are and what you represent.
