Laurel Chiaramonte

Laurel Chiaramonte is the founder and owner of Duality Systems. Laurel has dedicated their career to healthcare, serving in various roles including Chief of Medical Management, Director of Nursing, and Family Practice Flight Commander. Laurel began their career as a Clinical Nurse in the United States Air Force, where they served for over 10 years. Laurel has a passion for helping others and improving healthcare systems, which led their to start their own company. Laurel is a visionary leader with a proven track record of success in the healthcare industry.

Laurel Chiaramonte attended St. Michael the Archangel High School before pursuing a Bachelor of Science at the United States Air Force Academy. After completing their undergraduate degree, they earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing. Laurel then completed an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Colorado State University College of Business.
