Michael Hughes

Michael Hughes is the current Chief Business Officer at Duality Technologies. Michael has held this position since January 2021. Prior to joining Duality Technologies, they were with Unbound Security from January 2019 to January 2021, where they served as Chief Business Officer.

Hughes has over 20 years of experience in sales and sales leadership. Michael began their career at IBM in 2002, where they were responsible for the eastern business unit. In 2007, they joined Watchfire, which was acquired by IBM. Michael then moved to ScaleArc in 2016, where they served as Vice President, Worldwide Sales until 2018 when the company was acquired by Ignite Technologies. In 2018, they joined Bonfire Interactive as Vice President Global Sales, and they remained in that role until 2019 when the company went public through GTY Technology.

Michael Hughes has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Clemson University and an MBA in Finance from UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business. Michael also has certification from IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals in CIPP.
