DualPoint Strategy Group is a municipal consulting firm built at the intersection of executive leadership and public safety operations.

We partner with city councils, city managers, and public safety leaders—particularly in small to mid-sized communities—to provide clear, practical guidance during periods of transition, growth, or complexity.

Our firm brings together deep experience in city administration, budgeting, organizational leadership, and law enforcement operations, allowing us to see challenges from both the policy and operational perspectives. This dual-lens approach helps communities move from assessment to action with confidence.

What We Do

- Organizational and operational assessments
- Police department evaluations and leadership transition support
- Strategic planning and implementation
- Budget development, fiscal planning, and resource alignment
- Public safety startup vs. contract analysis
- Crisis preparedness, governance support, and community engagement

We believe effective local government depends on alignment between leadership intent and operational reality. DualPoint Strategy Group exists to help communities bridge that gap—clearly, collaboratively, and with purpose.
