John Benjamin

John Benjamin is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in various high-profile roles. Currently a member of the Governing Partners Board and Co-Chair of the Global TMT Group at Duane Morris LLP since February 2019, John also serves as a Partner at the firm. Previously, John held the title of Partner at DWF from November 2015 to January 2019 and was Of Counsel at White & Case between May 2011 and October 2015. Additionally, John worked as an Associate at Eversheds from October 2004 to April 2011 and served as the European General Counsel at Samsung Electronics during a secondment from September 2008 to September 2010. Education includes a Diploma in EC Competition Law from King's College London, an LLB in Law and an LLM in International and Comparative Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary University of London, as well as a Certificate in Chinese Intellectual Property Law from UCL.
