Ken Rickerman

Ken Rickerman is currently employed as a Communication Training Advisor at Duarte, Inc. where Ken assists in transforming communication cultures for leaders, teams, and individuals. In addition to their role at Duarte, Ken also works as a Mentor at the California State University Northridge Entrepreneurial School, supporting young entrepreneurs in pitching, launching, and growing their ventures. Prior to their current positions, Ken served as a Sales/Marketing/Strategy Specialist and General Sales Manager at Dodge Data & Analytics, and as a Sales Leader/Operations/Trainer at AT&T INTERACTIVE where Ken successfully led sales teams and trained numerous associates. With a background in sales, marketing, and strategy, Ken brings a wealth of experience to their current roles.
