Maegan Stephens

Maegan Stephens, PhD, is a seasoned professional in communication services with extensive experience across various roles. At Duarte, Inc., Maegan holds the positions of Senior Director of Communication Services, Director of Content and Coaching Services, and Senior Content Developer and Executive Speaker Coach. Prior experience includes serving as an MBA+ Communication Coach and Lecturer at McCombs School of Business. Additionally, Maegan has worked as a Communication Consultant and Coach independently and served as Director of Executive Communication at Quantified Communications. Early career experience includes a role as Graduate Research Assistant at The Annette Strauss Institute for Civic Life. Maegan holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Communication from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s Degree in Communication Studies from Ball State University.
