Stuart Elder

Stuart Elder is an experienced property management professional currently serving as Executive Director of Property Management at Dubai Holding since September 2020. Prior to this role, Stuart held the position of Vice President of Mall Management at Meraas from August 2019 to August 2020, and served as CEO of the Mall of Qatar from August 2017 to July 2019. Earlier experience includes a consultant role at Lendlease in 2017, and positions at Scentre Group as General Manager of Facilities and Sustainability Australia from March 2011 to October 2016, where responsibilities encompassed procurement, contract management, compliance, and sustainability strategy implementation. Stuart's career also features roles at Westfield, Harris Scarfe Australia Pty Ltd, and MYER, along with formal education including an M.B.A. from the University of South Australia and a Bachelor's Degree in American History from the University of Sydney.
