Alex Graham

Alex Graham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience (CX) design and innovation. Currently serving as the Head of Product Design and Innovation at Dubber since September 2022, Alex has previously worked as a Senior CX Designer-Consultant at The BIO Agency, where contributions included designing service experiences for Vodafone NZ. Past roles also include Head of CX at Sensis, where focus was on enhancing customer journeys for Thryv Australia, and various positions at Optus that involved leading CX design initiatives and transforming customer-centric strategies for small and medium-sized business segments. Alex's career began at Telstra, where impactful marketing programs and customer engagement initiatives were developed. Alex holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Technology Sydney.
