Franchere C. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career in 2008 at HP, where they initially worked as an Account Business Analyst and later took on roles as Project Manager, Agile Scrum & Kanban Coach, Project Business Analyst, Product Owner, and Team Lead for the MS SQL DBA Team. In these roles, they contributed to project management, requirements analysis, and process improvement.

In 2014, Franchere joined CompareAsiaGroup as a Product Manager, Project Manager, and Scrum Master. They successfully led agile projects, resulting in significant conversion rate increases and attracting major investments.

From 2016 to 2017, Franchere worked as a Product Manager at Immersive, where they addressed the business needs of clients through business analysis and product management work.

Since 2017, Franchere has been working at Dubber in various roles. They started as an Agile Business Analyst and Scrum Master, then transitioned to an Information Security Lead role. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Trust Engineering, where they are responsible for InfoSec, Cyber, and Data Protection.

Franchere C. obtained a Certificate in Product Management from General Assembly in 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with Specialization in Instructional Systems Technology from De La Salle University, spanning from 2004 to 2008. Franchere C. also holds various additional certifications, including RSA Conference's RSAC CISO Boot Camp in 2023, The SABSA Institute's SABSA Foundation SCF in 2022, and the Cyber Leadership Program from the Cyber Leadership Institute in 2022. They have also obtained certifications in design thinking, Scrum, and ITIL.
