Industry veteran and DCM Owner Tom Dube has always lived by a single philosophy, and that is to always work with the project’s best interest in mind first and foremost, while asking the project team to subjugate individual agendas. Then, naturally, when the project wins, the whole team wins. This philosophy has yielded successful projects for over a quarter century, and relationships that stand the test of time, leading to many repeat projects.  In fact, several clients have sought Tom out to execute projects regardless of what company he worked for at the time. This gesture is just about the highest unspoken praise a construction professional can receive.

Tom’s goal in starting Dube Construction Management is to build on past experiences, successes, and relationships, utilizing the management principles that have proven to work over his career. Dubbed the DCM ‘Do’ and ‘Be’ Principles, these behaviors will drive clarity and efficiency into all projects we undertake.
