Cory Parsons

Cory Parsons is an experienced professional with a diverse background in various industries. Cory started their career as a Lead Dispatcher at I.L.S. transport llc., where they managed shipping and receiving logistics and maintained driver logs. After that, they worked as a Lead Technical Support Representative at Micro Center, troubleshooting and debugging tech issues while providing support and training to new hires. Cory then joined AT&T / DirecTV as an Internet and Entertainment Field Service Technician, delivering in-house support to customers and achieving high-quality metrics. As a self-employed contractor, they served as a Game Design Entrepreneur, planning project requirements, conducting tests, and building a community on Twitch and Discord. Currently, Cory is working at Dubit as the Technical Director of Roblox Games and Experiences, overseeing a development team and building internal structure to enhance production speed and quality. Cory'srole also involves developing game systems and enhancing user experience for a variety of customers as a Roblox Developer.

Cory Parsons attended Mid Ohio Valley Technical Institute from 2006 to 2007, where they obtained a Graduate of Honors into the National Technical Honor Society degree in Cisco Networking and A+ Hardware. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they attended Southern State Community College and earned an Associates of Applied Science in Computer Technology - Networking degree with a focus on Computer Science.
