Paul Bone

Paul Bone has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Paul started their career as an Auditor at McBrides, where they gained experience in auditing and accounts preparation. Paul then worked at Arram Berlyn Gardner as an Assistant Manager, providing services to different clients.

Paul joined NCsoft as the Financial Director for the European office. Paul played a crucial role in establishing the finance department and contributed to the company's growth, expanding annual revenues to £30 million while being profitable in five out of six years.

After their tenure at NCsoft, Paul worked as the Finance Director at We R Interactive, a social games and technology startup. Paul quickly established himself as a valued team member and made substantial improvements to management information.

Later, Paul became the CFO of Axonix, a global mobile advertising technology company. During their three-year tenure, they successfully drove revenue growth from zero to $13 million annually while maintaining strict cost control.

Following this, Paul served as the CFO and Principal at Chelsea Digital Ventures Ltd, a spin-off from Chelsea Football Club. Paul played an integral role in establishing the new division and creating revenue streams for the football club through royalty and license agreements.

Most recently, Paul is working as the Finance Director at Dubit, where they oversee financial operations.

Paul Bone attended Borden Grammar School from 1991 to 1996. In this institution, they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. Following this, from 1994 to 1997, Paul attended Lancaster University, where they studied Psychology and Economics and obtained a 2.1 degree.
