John Wolf

John Wolf is the Chief Executive Officer of DuBois Chemicals, Inc., and serves as a Board Member for the NC State Engineering Foundation, Inc., with an advisory role at NC State Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. They previously led Spectrum Plastics Group as President and CEO from 2022 to 2025 and held the Global GM DuPont, CEO Spectrum Plastics Group role in 2024–2025, following a Division President tenure from 2019 to 2022. Earlier in their career, they worked at Sealed Air Corporation in multiple executive capacities, including Global Vice President Marketing for Product Care, where they led the $1.6B Produce Care packaging division and built a 30-person global team. They also led the Transformational “Get Fit” profit improvement program at Sealed Air, resulting in more than $40M EBITDA margin improvement through pricing strategies, product line optimization, and operational improvements.
