Maitha Shuaib

Maitha Shuaib has extensive work experience in corporate communications, marketing, and events management. Maitha currently holds the position of Vice President of Corporate Communications at Dubai Cable Company - Ducab starting from June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Dubai Women's Establishment in various roles, including Corporate Communications Director and Marketing & Events Manager, from January 2018 to June 2022. In these positions, they were responsible for maintaining market research, building customer and supplier relationships, and assisting with budget planning and coordination of promotional events and campaigns. Maitha also participated in the Women Leadership Exchange Program during their time at Dubai Women's Establishment. In 2013, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Dubai Women's Establishment, Dubai Ladies Club & Their Highness Sheikha Manal Cultural Office.

Maitha Shuaib pursued their undergraduate education at Zayed University from 2005 to 2009. During this time, they focused on Communication and Media Studies, with a specific emphasis on Public Relation and Creative Advertising. Following their undergraduate studies, Maitha Shuaib went on to pursue a master's degree at Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University. From 2010 to 2013, they dedicated herself to studying Innovation and Change Management, completing their Masters in Innovation and Change Management.
