Pablo Serrano

Pablo Serrano has a strong background in product design, with experience in various companies and roles. Pablo is currently working as a Senior Product Designer at DuckDuckGo since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Glovo as a Senior Product Designer from October 2020 to November 2021. Pablo also served as a Lecturer at SHIFTA by ELISAVA from January 2019 to October 2020.

One of Pablo's notable positions was as a Lead UX Product Designer at CREALOGIX Group from October 2018 to April 2020. In this role, they led a team in developing a design system for Modular Banking Solutions, worked on design projects for top banks in the EMEA region, and improved workflow between cross-functional teams.

Pablo Serrano has a diverse education history. In 2004 to 2008, they attended UCAM Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia and earned a Bachelor's degree in Mass Media Communication. During their time there, in 2007, they participated in an Erasmus program at the University of Liège, where they studied French, Journalism, and communication. In 2010 to 2011, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Publicity at Universidad de Murcia. Later, in 2012 and 2013, they enrolled at the University School of Design and Engineering of Barcelona, where they obtained a Postgraduate Masters Degree in Design and Communication.

In addition to their formal education, Pablo Serrano has obtained various certifications. In 2010, they earned a German A2 certification from Klub Schüle. In 2014, they achieved a TOEFL (96/120) iBT certification through the Institutional testing program. More recently, in 2019, they completed a Digital Product Manager certification at The Hero Camp. In 2020, they became a Design Sprint 2.0 Facilitator through a workshop offered by AJ&Smart's Workshopper.
