Anna Kogan

Anna Kogan has a diverse work experience. Anna is currently the CEO and founder of Duckfund for real estate investors, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they served as the CEO and co-founder of F I C U S from 2021 to 2023. Anna was also a co-founder and partner at BUBOLAB from 2017 to 2021, where they played a role in establishing the company. Anna was a member of the founding team and focused on finance at SoftSmile from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, they co-founded and served as the COO of MKV TRANSPORT COMPANY from 2017 to 2019. Anna's work experience also includes roles at GILK Leasing Company, where they were a partner and later promoted to Chief Operating Officer. At GILK, they achieved significant accomplishments such as tripling the firm's annual revenues and negotiating a large M&A deal. Anna also worked at Beritaxi as a co-founder and partner, where they played a crucial role in the digitalization of the taxi business and secured a successful exit. Before that, they were a Corporate Client Manager at BBR bank.

Anna Kogan has an extensive education history. Anna completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Economics with a focus on Game Theory at Saint Petersburg State University from 2011 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2010, they obtained a Master's Degree in Economics and Mathematics from the same university. Anna also attended the Physical-Technical Lyceum of Physical-Technical Ioffe Institute of the Russian Academy of Science from 2003 to 2005, studying mathematics and physics.

In terms of professional certifications, Anna obtained a Certificate in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors (IoD) in 2018-2019, with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General. Anna later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 2019 to 2021, focusing on general business administration. Additionally, they completed a Certificate in Digital Marketing at Columbia Business School in 2021.
