Adrien Cardillo has built a strong foundation in the wine industry, starting with an apprenticeship in viticulture and oenology at Vins fins du Beaujolais in 2017. From 2017 to 2019, Adrien worked as a student in alternation at Domaine Raphael Chopin, gaining hands-on experience from grape cultivation to sales. Following this, they served as a Chef de Secteur for Vins & Champagnes at Établissements David from 2020 to 2021, before taking on the role of Responsable Commercial Auvergne Rhône-Alpes at Duclot, where they currently contribute. Adrien also has a background in military service as a reservist in the Armée de l'air from 2015 to 2016. They hold a professional license in wines and spirits from IAE Nancy School of Management and continue their education with a BTS Agricole and a Wine Set level 2 at Lycée Viticole de Bel Air.
