Chris Stevens

Emma is responsible for the full HR remit across Duco, plus health and safety and global mobility. Her 18-year career has encompassed several senior positions across organisations ranging from small start-ups to global multinationals. Most recently, Emma held influential roles in AXA Insurance, Causeway Technologies Ltd. and Norton Rose Fulbright LLP, one of the world's leading law firms. Emma has particular interests in employee engagement, culture and organisational development. She strongly believes in equality, diversity and inclusion, tends to see the humour in situations, and likes rolling her sleeves up. Emma holds a Bachelor's Degree in English from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a post-Graduate Diploma in HR (CIPD Level 7).
