Lien Deruytere

Lien Deruytere has a strong background in administration and human resources, with experience spanning over a decade. Lien began at POTTEAU Labo in administration before moving to various roles in human resources, including as an HR consultant at Fundament R&S and later at SD Worx Belgium as a payroll consultant and team leader. Currently serving as Officemanager in Human Resources/Payroll & Administration at Duco since February 2025, Lien is responsible for managing payroll processes and related HR tasks. Prior roles also include working as a personal assistant to an international entrepreneur and a brief consultancy at Ascento. Lien holds a degree in Office Management from Hogeschool Gent.
