Scott Kite has extensive experience in quality management and operational leadership within the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as Quality Director at CIRCOR Aerospace & Defense since July 2018, Scott previously held positions including Senior Quality Manager at CIRCOR Aerospace Inc. and Operations Manager at Ducommun AeroStructures, focusing on assembly and quality performance. Scott's career spans over four decades, with key roles including Director of Quality at DynaPump, Inc., and establishing quality systems at Aura Systems, Inc. and International E-Z UP, Inc. Scott's foundational experience began at ROHR Inc., where a progressive career in manufacturing and quality management was established. Scott holds an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Crafton Hills College.
