Shirley Drazba

Shirley Drazba has extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles across multiple industries. Currently serving on the Board of Directors at Ducommun Incorporated, Shirley has held significant positions at IDEX Corporation, including Corporate Vice President of Product Line Strategy & Innovation, Corporate VP, and Corporate Director of Acquisition Integration. Additionally, Shirley was Vice President of Global Engineering and Marketing at Fluid Management and worked as an International Program Manager at Honeywell Commercial Division. Education includes an Executive Management Training Program in Innovation and Acquisition Integration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
