Stephan Cohen

Stephan Cohen is a seasoned Director of Preconstruction currently employed at DuCon, with extensive experience in construction estimating across both commercial and residential projects. Previously, Stephan worked for notable companies such as Manhattan Construction Company and Balfour Beatty Construction Services US, where they provided critical cost data and managed junior estimators. With a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from California State University-Fresno, Stephan has also contributed to federal estimating for the U.S. Army and Air Force. Additionally, their technical skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Timberline estimating software, and AutoCAD.
