We empower schools to give their students the best chance to thrive in the workforce. Our program is designed to help schools meet Gatsby Benchmarks 5 & 6:
Benchmark 5 - Encounters with Employers: Every student deserves multiple chances to engage with employers and understand the skills needed for success in the workplace. These experiences include guest speakers, mentorship, and interactive enrichment activities.

Benchmark 6 - Experiences of Workplaces: Every student should gain first-hand exposure to the workplace, whether through visits, shadowing, or work experience. These opportunities expand career exploration and strengthen professional networks.

For Employers:
