Rotem Berda

Rotem Berda has a work experience spanning over a decade. They started their career at go active, serving as a Customer Service Manager from 2011 to 2012. From there, they joined the Hebrew Scouts Movement in Israel as a Branch Manager from 2012 to 2014. Following that, they worked at Duda, initially as a Human Resources Specialist from 2014 to 2018. They then progressed to the role of HR Manager at Duda from 2018 to 2023. Currently, Rotem holds the position of Director, People Team at Duda from April 2023.

Rotem Berda obtained a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Bar-Ilan University in 2010. Following this, from 2010 to 2012, Rotem completed a Master's degree in Organization Development at The College of Management Academic Studies.
