Abby Armstrong

Abby Armstrong is an experienced Associate Project Manager at Brightly since December 2021, where responsibilities include initiating client projects, managing project status, and guiding clients to successful outcomes. Previously, Abby served as a Platform Onboarding Specialist at Issuer Direct Corporation, managing the onboarding process and ensuring customer satisfaction, while also holding the role of Sales Development Representative, where skills in lead generation and Salesforce proficiency were developed. Earlier experience includes various leadership and sales roles at vestique, where Abby excelled as an Assistant Store Manager and Lead Sale/Associate, building sales strategies and fostering customer relationships. Abby holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from East Carolina University.
