Daniel Ayers

Daniel Ayers is a construction project manager with extensive experience in residential construction. Currently serving as a Field Superintendent at Dueall Construction, they lead the restoration process on multiple homes and build strong relationships with labor crews and stakeholders. Previously, Daniel worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Rockwell Building Systems, overseeing the homebuilding process and enhancing jobsite efficiency through collaboration. They have also held roles in customer advocacy and operations at Carvana and interned in football recruiting at the University of Maryland College Park, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication.
