Whittney Beard

Whittney Beard, JD, MCC, is an experienced executive and leadership coach specializing in the legal profession. Currently the founder of Whittney Beard Coaching, Whittney has been providing coaching services to lawyers and law firm professional staff since 2021, focusing on enhancing success, culture, team health, and individual satisfaction. Concurrently, Whittney serves as an Advisory Board Member at DueCourse and as a coach at Volta Talent Strategies, coaching law firm partners on essential skills such as business development and communication. Previous coaching roles at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP involved addressing associate engagement and integrating coaching methodologies. Whittney's coaching journey began with roles at Accomplishment Coaching and The Synergy Coaching Group, alongside early legal experience as a Corporate Finance Associate at Milbank LLP and a Law Clerk for Chief Judge Jerry Buchmeyer. Whittney holds a JD from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a BA in Sociology from UC San Diego.
