Beate Kapp

Beate Kapp is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in payroll and HR operations across various industries. Currently serving as Director of HR Employee Lifecycle Management at Dürr Group, Beate leads a team of 50, focusing on the optimization of HR processes and systems.
