Andy Mok

Andy Mok has an extensive background in finance, particularly in investment banking and corporate finance. At Goldman Sachs from 2020 to 2023, Andy advised global institutional clients on strategic mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and project financings in the energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2019, Andy directed liquidity deployment for a $200 billion portfolio at Morgan Stanley, reporting to global Treasury leadership. Following roles at Guggenheim Partners, where Andy led complex M&A transactions, and Stripe, where financial strategy for a major payments product was managed, Andy currently oversees underwriting strategy at Duetti, focusing on institutionalizing music IP. Andy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baruch College and a Master of Business Administration from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
