Charles O'Neill

Charles O'Neill is an experienced professional in the music and media industries, currently serving as the Head of Sourcing and Portfolio Operations Lead at Duetti since September 2022. Prior to this, Charles held the position of Business Development Manager at SoundCloud for a brief period in 2022, and worked with TIDAL as an Associate in Partnerships and Executive Assistant to the COO from 2019 to 2022. Charles also gained experience as Buyer & Store Director at Rotten Island Records and as a Freelance Publishing Operations Assistant at Songtrust in 2018. Early career development included a role as Junior Producer at Angela De Bona Agency from 2013 to 2015. Charles holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from New York University, completed in 2017, and graduated from St Paul's School in 2013.
