Dutch Conrad comes to the DUF6 Project with an extensive and professional thirty-year career history in senior management positions leading large organizations for all aspects of nuclear facility operations. Dutch has been a key player in the start-up up and operations of Hazard Category 2 and 3 facilities. His experience includes managing, directing, and supporting organizations such as engineering, operations, radiation control/radiation protection, training, and procedure development. Extensive, hands-on, and management experience in the start-up and operation of Hazard Category 2 and 3 facilities and successfully maximizing performance-based incentive (PBI) milestones associated with those facilities. Routinely manages projects and budgets in excess of $100 million annually.

Since 2008, Dutch has managed the Field and Staffing Services Division of Atkins Nuclear Secured where he is responsible for capturing and executing scopes of work for DOE, DOD, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

As the President and Project Manager, Dutch is located in Lexington, KY, and ensures that the MCS team is successful through:

· Integration of plant outage timing to support completion of small plant modifications and DUF4 construction activities

· Support and ensure maximum plant processing uptime and operations at both sites while ensuring delivery of new and ongoing safety modifications

· Leading the entire DUF6 Team in establishing and modifying proposed PEMP milestones and facilitate in developing and advocating our annual work plan

Dutch's combined past experience, leadership, and expertise will be vital to the success of the DUF6 Project.
