Rita C.

Rita C. serves as Chief of Staff at Duffel since May 2023, bringing extensive experience in program management and global policy from Meta, where Rita held the position of Program Manager, Global, from June 2019 to May 2023. Additionally, Rita co-led the Black Women@ Meta initiative during the same period, demonstrating leadership in diversity and inclusion. Prior to this role, Rita worked in various financial services positions from February 2014 to June 2019 as an Executive Assistant and Operations professional.
