Dukagjini Group is one of Kosovo's largest and longest-established private companies. Founded by Ekrem Lluka in Peja in 1987 as a printing house, it has grown over 38 years into a diversified group spanning hospitality, real estate, insurance, telecommunications, energy, publishing, media, and healthcare.

Today, Dukagjini Group operates more than fifteen brands, employs over 1,000 professionals, and serves more than one million customers across Kosovo and the wider region. Its flagship businesses include Dukagjini Resort at Rana e Hedhun in northern Albania, Hotel Dukagjini, Dukagjini Tower in central Pristina, RTV Dukagjini, Dukagjini Insurance Group, Dukagjini Publishing, Dukagjini Telecom, Factor Leasing, AKG Solar, the Slovenian-Kosovo Pension Fund, and the Cardiac Center of Kosovo.

What unites these businesses is a single operating thesis: that companies in this region become enduring only when they are built to international standards from the start, and then operated through generations rather than cycles. The publishing house in Peja remains the symbolic origin. The Resort in Shëngjin is the largest current expression. Each sector in between, from insurance to telecommunications to media, is run by the same standard.

The group is now in its second generation of leadership, with a long-term focus on regional expansion across Albania and the wider Adriatic. The thesis remains the one set in Peja in 1987: build companies that operate to international standards and outlast the cycle they were built in.
