Chethan Kumar has worked for two companies, Dukkantek since 2022 and GlowTouch Technologies from 2006. At Dukkantek, they are currently the Customer Success Team Lead - GCC and People Engagement Executive. At GlowTouch Technologies, they were the Team Lead - Technical Support Operations from 2006 to 2022. In this role, they led a team of 18 and was responsible for continuously achieving SLA's, controlling attrition, handling manager escalations and Break management. Prior to this, they were a Technical Support Representative, where they were responsible for fixing issues on Database, e-mails, FTP and FrontPage Extensions, web based issues such as PHP, ASP and PERL on UNIX and Windows platforms, Domain expire, Domain transfer, Domain Registration and Domain Renewal, and billing issues based on customer Site.

Chethan Kumar attended Mangalore University from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business/Commerce, General. Prior to that, they attended Government Industrial Training Institute in India from 2004 to 2005, where they obtained a Computer Operating and Programing Assistance degree in Information Technology.
