Karim Leduc

Karim Leduc is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in talent management and the creative industries. As the CEO and Founder of DULCEDO Management since October 2008, Leduc has transformed the agency from a high-profile model agency into a leading multidisciplinary talent management firm, overseeing a team of over 80 professionals and fostering relationships with top models, influencers, and celebrities. Leduc co-founded Mama's Boy Music Group from February 2016 to November 2019, successfully signing notable artists such as the late Zombie Boy, DOMENO, and Naya Ali. In addition, Leduc co-founded Moroccan Hammam, an organic and natural cosmetics distribution company, and served as Co-Founder and President of IMAGEMOTION, a creative ad agency, where innovative content creation and influencer campaigns were established. Leduc holds a Marketing Management Certificate from Université du Québec à Montréal.
