Thomas Webster has over 30 years of experience in financial leadership roles. Thomas has served as the Chief Financial Officer at Pacific Trellis Fruit since 2022. Prior to that, they were the CFO at True Organic Products Inc from 2015 to 2022, where they managed the financial direction of a large organic fertilizer manufacturing business. Thomas was the Vice President of Finance at Haggen, Inc. in 2015, where they played a key role in developing financial targets and management reporting tools. From 1996 to 2015, they worked at Quiksilver in various roles, including Senior Vice President of Finance, Vice President of Finance, and Director of Finance. At Quiksilver, they contributed to the company's revenue growth and decline through financial analysis and business process changes. Earlier in their career, Thomas worked as the Director of Finance at Family Restaurants Inc from 1994 to 1996, and as an Accounting Manager at Eastman Office Products from 1990 to 1993.
Thomas Webster completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from California State University, Dominquez Hills in 1986. Thomas later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of La Verne, which they completed in 1998.
