Niradh Perera

Niradh Perera, CLSSBB, is an experienced operations professional with a robust background in manufacturing and process improvement. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Manufacturing Manager at DuluxGroup since November 2022, Niradh has previously held significant roles including Senior Manager of Business Process Improvement at Ansell and Plant Manager at Fonterra. Niradh's expertise encompasses operational excellence, production planning, and health and safety, with a history of leadership positions at Unilever and Melstacorp Limited. An alumnus of the University of Colombo with an Executive Master of Business Administration, Niradh also holds a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical & Process Engineering from the University of Moratuwa.
