The Rise of Dum Handi Biryani.
Due to my inquisitive nature and as I explored health benefits of spices more and more ,it resulted in discovering the amazing benefits of clay pots, which were used during Ancient Era. My research made me realized the ancient way of cooking and serving in clay pots which was common in both the countries has some amazing health and taste benefits ,I  was more than surprise to discover the health benefits and its scientific approach to cooking.I spend sleepless nights to create a simple and tasty recipes which can be served as a wholesome food ,After a lot of thinking I, decided to create Biryanis recipes, as Biryani is the most acceptable and the exotic cuisine of India , I created Biryani in multiple flavors and varieties cooked in authentic ghee from India to create mesmerizing aroma and flavour and most of these recipes are derived from the ancient cooking style ,for instance the Hyderabad Biryani recipe is extracted from the Royal chef of Nizam of Hyderabad , The Lucknow Biryani is extracted from the Royal Chef of Nawab of Lucknow and so are the others , there are around 15 recipes derived overall out of which 10recipes are extracted from ancient kitchen where as more than 7 recipes are prepared out of my experiments with the spices and condiments. 
I'm more than happy to report that currently we sell 300-350 Handi’s a day but my biggest satisfaction is the health benefit associated with the DHB, to aid the digestive system , to neutralize the acids  keeping the food at the alkaline stage ,thus helping to minimize the acidity  caused after consuming heavy spices ,DHB is also loaded with Nutrients and Minerals like Calcium , Phosphorus,  Sulphur and Magnesium which serves as vital functions to maintain the healthy balance in the human system.
