Patrick Ryan

Patrick Ryan is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in IT service management and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Systems, Service Management, and End User Computing at Dun & Bradstreet since November 2021, Patrick previously held significant roles at Fiserv, including SVP of Enterprise Service Management and Technical Operations, where major achievements included leading global IT service integration during a corporate merger and managing an extensive operations team. Prior to Fiserv, Patrick contributed to HP as Director of Global Operations, overseeing critical ITSM business applications, and held key positions at Electronic Data Systems focusing on client delivery for a major automotive manufacturer.
