We are a non-profit organization connecting, mobilizing, and empowering individuals to reach their potential through mission trips, projects, and leadership development. We work with individuals, groups, and corporations to create handcrafted mission trips, and provide leadership development for communities, corporations, churches, and conferences. 

We see people in third world countries, such as Brazil and South Africa, as buried treasure waiting to be uncovered. We use our “explosive” connections to identify and release buried treasures from within underdeveloped communities. The many challenges our friends in these difficult places face are there for them to overcome. Solutions and resources are available. They can do it. Their greatest need is powerful connections.
