Monika Schmitz

Monika Schmitz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Monika started their career with a student internship at Hamilton Bonaduz AG in 2002. Monika then joined the European Space Agency (ESA) in 2003, where they worked as an Accountant, General Ledger Accounting, and later as a Financial Accounting Supervisor. In 2010, Monika joined Miltenyi Biotec, where they held multiple roles, including Treasurer, Finance Manager, and Senior Finance Officer. Monika'sresponsibilities included providing financial information support, ensuring compliance, and managing the finance department. In 2020, they moved to Fidelity Investments as a Risk Management Specialist, where they assessed and forecasted transaction risks and developed risk management strategies. Currently, Monika is the Director of Finance at Dundas - insightsoftware, a position they have held since December 2019.

Monika Schmitz obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Heidelberg University. Monika then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management between the years 2002 and 2003, though the field of study during this time is not specified.
